Are your items transferable?
Yes. The vendors I use (courtesy of Miriel Enfield) allow you to select whether you would like your item to be mod/trans or mod/copy. The selection is made after paying the vendor.
Can I get a refund?
That depends. If the item is mod/trans then yes – simply return the item to me and I will refund you its cost. I am afraid I cannot offer refunds on mod/copy items.
I was editing my item to fit and I messed it up, can I get a replacement?
Of course – just drop me a notecard telling me which item it is, and I will send you a replacement. This is free the first time, but subsequent replacements may incur a small charge – PLEASE back up your copy items before you edit them!
I can’t get my item to fit me. Could you do it for me?
If you can send me details of your body shape – either no copy/no mod/no trans version of it, or the numerical values that make it – I will fit your items for you, at no charge.
Do you do custom work?
I would consider it. Please bear in mind that if you would like a one-off item the cost will be vastly greater than my exisiting designs and would depend on how much work was needed to create it.
However, if you pass me an idea and I use it, and you don’t mind if I then go on to sell it, you might find yourself with a free copy as a thank you for the inspiration!
